Technical Sergeant Koltt R. G. OwensTSgt Owens

Technical Sergeant Koltt Owens is the Non-Commissioned Officer-in-Charge (NCOIC), Personnel at Detachment 205, Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, Ill. As the NCOIC, Personnel, he provides cadet support and coordinates tuition assistance for scholarship recipients. 

TSgt Owens entered the Air Force from Salem, Ill in January 2014.  Following Basic training SSgt Owens attended Personnel Apprentice Technical Training at Keesler AFB, Miss.  After graduating technical training SSgt Owens was initially assigned to the 633rd Force Support Squadron at Joint Base Langley-Eustis.  Prior to his current position, TSgt Owens was the Non-Commissioned in Charge of the 28th Force Support Squadron’s Force Management section.
