Staff Sergeant Christi N. Pearson is the Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC), Administration Management, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Detachment 205, Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. She is responsible for all administrative actions regarding records for 52 cadets and 5 cadre members. Her daily tasks revolve around keeping cadet life and detachment operations running smoothly. This includes meticulous management of cadet records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for enrollment paperwork, scholarships, commissioning documents, and other crucial milestones. She also supports detachment leadership, encompassing everything from preparing correspondence and reports to managing calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements. Additionally, she handles financial tasks like processing travel vouchers and tracking budgets, while also serving as the main point of contact for communication.

SSgt Pearson originally from Asheboro, North Carolina, enlisted in the Air Force in September of 2020. Upon completion of Basic Military Training at Keesler AFB, Mississippi, she attended technical training as an Administration Apprentice. Prior to assuming her current duties, Sergeant Pearson served as the Executive Administrator for the 60^th Air Mobility Wing, Travis AFB, California.
